E&D Textiles Imp. & Exp. Corp., (H.K.) Ltd. established at 1994 in HK and moved to Fujian, China in 2001 after years¡¯ effort, registered as Fujian E&D Textiles Imp. & Exp. Corp., Ltd. -one of the first private owned trading co***nies in Fujian.

In 2004, it purchased a piece of land to organize ¡°Fujian Topcom Garment City Corp., LTD.¡± with registered capital 20 million USD and invested 60 million USD to construct a new large-scaled integrated trade and production base-¡°E&D Textile City¡±. It will build up a full production chain including the spinning, weaving, dying, print and embroidery, garment washing and producing to enhance the group¡¯s capability for textile industry.
